The brand new Smugglers Trail brewery and tasting room is under construction in Langley.

Our 5400 sqft facility in the Port Kells/Walnut Grove area of Langley has come a long way in the last few months.  The brewhouse has been installed, the fermenters lay waiting and the kitchen is being set up.

  • In April, the floors were cut up, plumbing was laid.
  • In May, concrete was poured, walls were built and key tasting room features were listed into place
  • In June, tanks were installed and plumbing was connected.

The brewery will feature a 30HL brewhouse and several 30HL and 60HL fermenters and bright tanks.  We will also be serving draft beer fresh out of the brewery as each bar tap is connected to a 10HL serving tank.

Our unique bar will feature 12 beer taps showcasing both core beers and specialty, seasonal and guest brews.  It doesn’t stop there.  If you prefer your beer super fresh and smoother than regular beers, be sure to try one of our hand-pulled cask ales!  Cask Ales every day!

We are also very proud to present another unique feature for a brewery lounge – a full kitchen.  Now, you do not have to worry if you are hungry before coming to a brewery.  As much as we love a good pepperoni stick, great beer goes better with great food.  Join us for unique approaches to familiar foods that pair well with our beers and satisfy any appetite.

We have big plans for a patio and are working to get it open as soon as we are allowed to do so.

Things have really been moving quickly lately and we can’t wait to show you around!
